2023 Pinot Noir
2023 Kristof Farms Pinot Noir
In his Northwest Wine Guide, Paul Gregutt describes this Pinot: “Scents and flavors of blueberry, blackberry, marionberry and black cherry pile on, accented with dusty brown spices. The ripe, textured tannins carry the barest hint of grit, adding depth and texture to the trailing finish.” 94 points—Gregutt Northwest Wine Guide.
Fresh, vibrant, and deeply expressive, this Pinot Noir is crafted from the finest five acres of our vineyard and aged 10 months in premium French oak. It opens with dark fruit—blackberry, plum—layered with subtle pepper, exotic spice, and a hint of nutmeg.
Bright on the palate and smooth in structure, it’s ready to enjoy now and built to age with grace. Thanks to our wonderful winemaker, Adam Campbell at Elk Cove.
Following a debut vintage that earned a 93 from Wine Enthusiast and 94 from Northwest Wine Guide, the 2023 continues the story—deepening in finesse while holding onto the vibrancy that made the first vintage shine.
