Summer Shipping Notice:

To protect your wine, we hold UPS Ground orders during heat waves and ship only when it seems the weather will allow. While we do our best to choose the right window, forecasts aren’t perfect and UPS delays can happen—so if you choose Ground shipping in summer, you’ll be accepting the risk of possible heat damage. Need it sooner or want to play it safe? Try our subsidized UPS Next Day Air.

Wine is like a delicate creature that thrives in temperatures between 40 degrees and 70 degrees.   It is very sensitive to weather:  In hot weather, it may “wilt” and turn bitter, while in very cold weather, the cork may crack and the wine may also turn bitter.  So in extreme weather, we might hold or delay your orders if you choose UPS Ground. We monitor the weather and will ship your order as soon as we can.  If you need your wine sooner, we may recommend that you upgrade your shipping to Next Day Air.  Please email info@KristofFarms.com and we will do our best to accommodate your ship date requests.

With all packages containing alcohol, an adult signature from someone 21 or older is required at the time of delivery.  If we need to reship, you will be charged for the full price of shipping. Once your order is picked up by the carrier, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
