Orchard Dreams: Apple Cider Ice Cream Sandwiches
There are few things better than cookies and ice cream, unless you bring in the orchard. 🍎
We took two of our favorite creations: Apple Cider + Raspberry Cookies and homemade Apple Cider Ice Cream and sandwiched them together for the ultimate summer treat. The result? A crisp-meets-creamy dessert with tart raspberry bursts, warm spice, and just enough oaky depth from our Kristof Farms Reserve Cider to keep things interesting.
🍪 The Cookies
Chewy, sweet-tart cookies made with fresh raspberries and a cider reduction. Soft enough to bite through, but sturdy enough to hold their own in a sandwich.
🍦 The Ice Cream
A cinnamon-kissed custard ice cream with heavy cream, six egg yolks, and a generous pour of Reserve Cider reduced down into a syrupy elixir.
🍨 The Combo
Scoop, sandwich, freeze. Repeat.
These are delicious freshly made or stored in the freezer for a firmer bite. Serve them at your next dinner party or devour in the backyard while watching the sunset. Either way, they’re guaranteed to make summer a little sweeter.
