Reserve Cider

Our Reserve Cider takes our 12-cider apple blend, traditionally fermented, and ages it in wood barrels for several months. Then it is back sweetened with a splash of Kristof Ice Cider. With a deep, textured taste of fruit and spice, this beautiful cider runs a light sweet flavor over the tongue. Reserve Cider has a brilliant vibrant, golden hue reminiscent of a sweet butternut squash with a hint of sparkle. 

Reserve Cider has well-balanced, full-bodied flavor intensity, with just the right depth from its wood barrel aging process.  Its deep apple flavor with a tiny splash of ice cider gives off an ever-so-slight sweet sensation for this sophisticated cider, drawing one to a cobblestone hearth by a warm evening fire.
