Noir and Turkey: “Terrific Match” — The Oregonian

Here’s what Michael Alberty of The Oregonian said of Kristof Farms Noir Cider in his review:

The Kristof family took a cider field blend made with apples from their property and fermented it with the skins from their 2022 crop of estate pinot noir grapes. The resulting Noir is quite a pink-hued treat.

The Noir leads with butterscotch and apple aromas reminiscent of the best caramel apple ever. The mildly spritzy juice is tart, tangy and dry, with great acidity and flavors like chilled Pink Lady apple slices and a cup of rooibos tea.

The Noir will be a terrific match with leftover turkey sandwiches slathered in cranberry relish.
