Triple Win at the 2025 Cidercraft Awards
We’re raising our glasses high! Kristof Farms Ciders took home three medals at this year’s Cidercraft Awards, and we’re still buzzing with excitement.
We’re absolutely honored to be recognized among so many talented producers at this year’s 8th annual Cidercraft Awards as it is one of the most respected cider competitions in North America.
Here’s how it shook out:
🥇 Platinum – Kristof Farms Brut Cider
High Tannin–Sweet Category
The newest cider in our lineup and already a star, our Kristof Farms Brut Cider took home Platinum, the highest honor in its category. Made from estate-grown, high-tannin apples, this bottle is crisp, elegant, and just a little celebratory.
Crafted with precision and care by our esteemed cider maker, Christine Walters of Bauman’s Cider, KF Brut is a reflection of both orchard and artistry. Huge congrats to Christine, our apples, our entire team here at the farm, and our cider drinkers for helping bring this cider to life.

🥈 Gold – Noir Cider
Coferment Category
Our Noir Cider, a coferment of Pinot Noir grapes and apples, took home a Gold medal in the Coferment category. With bold fruit character, balanced structure, and a hint of red wine soul, it’s one of our most beloved ciders.
It’s also another Christine Walters creation, and we’re so grateful for the magic she brings to every ferment.
🥉 Silver – Reserve Cider
Wood-Aged Category
Rounding out the trio is our Reserve Cider, which earned a Silver in the Wood-Aged category. Aged on oak and packed with nuance, this cider is a layered, slow-sipping pour that brings orchard richness to every glass.
These awards are more than medals, they are a celebration of the people, practices, and partnerships that make our ciders special. We’re especially grateful to Christine Walters, of Bauman’s Cider for her expertise and collaboration across all three of these winning ciders.
