Frozen Noir Cider Mint Julep
We took the Southern staple and gave it a frosty, farm-grown upgrade: meet the Frozen Noir Cider Mint Julep, made with a homemade mint simple syrup infused with Kristof Farms Noir Cider (our coferment of Pinot Noir grape skins + orchard apples). The result is cold, minty, and bursting with unexpected layers of berry, apple, and bourbon warmth.
It’s basically a snow cone for grown-ups with a little sparkle, a lot of sass, and major summer energy.

🥃 Pro Tips:
Feeling festive? Add a splash of dry cider on top for a little fizz.
Make it a pitcher: Scale up the recipe and freeze individual portions in advance.
Non-drinker in the group? Skip the bourbon and use black tea for a delicious mocktail version.
